With the Alignment and Vision plans, you'll gain access to our Client Portal, where you can customize and download your QR codes directly and have them sent to your email. With the Insight plan, you won’t have access to the Client Portal. Instead, we’ll create the QR code for you based on your inputs and send it to you via email. However, should you decide to upgrade your subscription plan, the Client Portal will be waiting for you with the data already populated that was gathered so far :)

Not really, although it depends on what you mean by adding other fields. You can choose between default fields such as name, email, comment section, NPS rating, image (your logo) and text field (your custom message to your customers within your feedback form). No. Each subscription is valid for a single location. If you plan to deploy our QR codes in multiple locations—facilities, clubs, stores, or buildings—you'll need a separate subscription for each one.
